I can haz Lasagne?

I wonder how may cats have been taken to Vets since the 1980’s, with blockages due to being fed lasagne?

This comic was inspired by my wife’s cat, who often watches me as I clean the litter box.
He has this look in his eyes that I am pretty sure equates to him silently laughing at me.
If I could read cat thoughts, I bet he is thinking something along the lines of “Yeah, you may have opposable thumbs, but who is in charge NOW, huh?”

Of course, if I could read cat’s thoughts, I might be able to blow the top off the whole LOL cats conspiracy.
Oops, gotta go now.  I have already said too much…

Evolution has been thwarted by technology once again it seems.
Next time you are walking around your city or town, take a good look around.
Humans evolved to walk upright, but now we walk looking down   …at our smartphones.

Perhaps we will become hunched over, shambling creatures again at some point in the future?
Who knows for sure, but I bet I can find an app  that will tell me.

Begging for it

I think you can guess how I feel about Kickstarter from this comic?

Sure, it allows some really cool, inventive items to receive funding to be created. But is also allows really useless ideas to get money too, just because they get friends or celebrities to spruik it. This then makes it a popularity contest, not a fundraiser.

Often, things will get funding far above their worth and creates a “false economy” for items of a similar type that try to follow those successes (which personally frustrates the heck out of me).
